- What we collect — Workflow check: company, industry (optional), description of a repetitive task, name, email, phone (optional). Course alert: email and the courses you picked.
- Why — To contact you about the workflow check and to tell you when the course opens. Nothing else.
- How long — One year from collection. Ask and it's deleted right away.
- Storage, processors and overseas transfer — Submissions are kept in the staff mailbox, with no separate database. Email delivery and the mailbox: Google Workspace (servers outside Korea, e.g. US). Data is sent over an encrypted connection when you submit.
- You can decline. In that case, please email your request directly.
